In compliance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable state telemarketing laws (including but not limited to California Business and Professions Code § 17592, Florida Telemarketing Act, and Texas Business and Commerce Code), we ensure all communications are consented to and respectful.

When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or call Finvuo directly, you may be contacted by us through the following means:

4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of future communications from us at any time using any of the following methods:
- Email: Send an opt-out request to contact@finvuo.com with the subject line “OPT OUT”

- Text: Reply STOP to any SMS message from us
We will process all opt-out requests within 10 business days. After opting out, we will not contact you for marketing purposes. We may still contact you regarding active service agreements or legal obligations.
5. Do Not Call Registry
We respect the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). We do not make unsolicited marketing calls to numbers registered on the DNC list. If you believe you have received a call in error, please contact us immediately at the details below.
